    Hi Everyone,

My cousin has a Toshiba Satelite L45-S7423, and recently he has had a problem with his touchpad not being able to scroll like before. We had trouble getting to the mouse options, but he just managed it. However, there doesn't seem to be an option that allows the touchpad to be used to scroll (to turn it on or off).

Is there any way someone might be able to help me out with this problem? Is there an option that might've somehow been turned off? Or is this some sort of problem with the laptop altogether?

Thank you so much in advance for your help!

    ~Michael
