So, I have reformatted my computer, and am unable to get my S-Video back on my TV.

Before, after I reformatted, all I needed to do was hit Functoin + F5, however this time, it is not working. The desktop shows (hardly) as a black and white, rolling garbled mess, then disappears.

I went into the ATI settings and enabled the TV. I also went into display properties and attached the second monitor.

However, I still can't get stable video.

Can someone explain step-by-step how to enable the S-Video?

Like I said, last time I installed Windows XP Professional, all I had to do was hit Function + F5, this time, however, it is not working (odd)
