    Satellite 205cds screen size

    I have a very old Toshiba Satellite 205cds laptop with Win98se installed.
    The actual screen size is 6.75 x 9 but Win98se uses an actual size of 5.5 x 7.25 for the desktop.
    Scan Disk uses 4.5 x 9 so I know the screen is good width wise.
    Is 5.5 x 7.25 a normal desktop for this model?
    I have the resolution set at 600 x 800
    Is there a way to set the desktop to full screen 6.75 x 9?
