I have a problem w/ my Toshiba satellite laptop...I CAN'T GET INTO THE BIOS......small problem but I have tried the usuall F keys on startup, Esc, Del as well.....I have a feeling the laptop was configured by my previous IT dept so I could get onto their network w/ it.....I have Admin rights to the local machine but it won't let me log onto the local machine only, I must log onto the laptop as though I'm on the network just to start it up.....I just want to reformat it, but the CD doesn't seem to boot up w/ the laptop...I need to confirm the CD is booting first but can't get into the BIOS....if there is a way I can reformat this w/o getting into the BIOS I would appreciate any help....
    THank you
    Eric

Thanks to Toshiba you cannot get into the BIOS on that machine.
To reformat insert your CD, power down, then power up while holding down the "C" key.
Release the "C" key when the screen reads "TOSHIBA"
    and your in business.
