    Hi,

My laptop has 6 buttons on the right of the keyboard and the Internet/Media Player does not work. I have tried many things such as install the latest VAP 1.17. I have also tried a system restore but nothing seems to work. I tried programing my buttons through Button Support but nothing seems to work. I've never had to program it since it would open up my default Internet browser along with my default Media Player. If I open up my media player, I can you the Play, Stop, FFW, FRW buttons fine. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

    Your button may be broken?
I had a Canadian A100, and they always worked for me.

Thanks for the reply. I did some experiments and I actually unistalled VAP. Then my internet button works and not the windows media button. I reinstalled VAP but i unchecked the option to install button support. Again, my internet button works and not the windows media =(

When I had my A100, the windows media button that you are talking about launched Windows Media Center, since it was that version of Xp that was on it.
