    Hello,

My notebook fans are not spinning at all,
I installed speed fan and it does not even recognize the fans, the temperatures are 60-70 degrees, but when I stressed the laptop to 80 degrees the "emergency" fan start very low until it went down from 80.
Does it have to be hardware problem or because the fan did actually work it might be software issue? Can someone guide me where to look?
    Thx in advanced

    Yoni

I think the fans are broken or the sensor that controls them. Either way, better talk to Toshiba about it.
