I bought this Toshiba notebook last Wednesday but the two USB ports on the left side stopped working now. The two on the right side function properly but there's no response when I tried to use the ones on the left. I checked in the Device Manager but it says they are all working. I ran the Toshiba PC Diagnostic Tool and it didn't indicate anything wrong with the USB either. What can I do?
