    Hi,


    I am having an issue where my computer will not load. I called Toshiba and got the USB recovery and I cannot get it to load with that either. All it does is it goes from starting windows to a black screen with a curser. I went into the BIOS and set it to boot from the USB and it still does not work, the BIOS is Rev 3.5. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks
