Laptop is two days old. Shows the connection is there with very strong strength on my non protected wireless network using a new 3500 netgear router. My dell connects and stays connected without issue. I took the laptop back to bestbuy today and it connected to their wifi without loosing connection for thirty minutes.. They told me it was probably the router. So I took the router back and exchanged it. Still same problem.. Heres what i've tried other than the above from what i've been searching today.
    1. Firewall is off on the laptop, the netgear site said the firewall thats in the router is all thats needed btw.
    2. Norton was uninstalled
    3. 6v is disabled
    4. The power saver feature is off
there are a few other things i did.. but been doing this since nine am this morning and its 830 now..
Heres how i can reconnect.. each of these three things make it reconnect.Doesn't matter which you do
    1. restart puter
    2. diagnose problem and let it reset ip address
    3. diagnose problem and let it reset adaptor

any thing i need to do else.... there was something i was reading about the 811 thing.. but couldn't find where to cut that off as suggest
    Thanks for any help..
