    I can't find any for XP please help, I'm using Microsoft Windows XP PRO SP3 OEM. +rep for help

    Some drivers are for Vista, some for XP (Refine by OS). Try all, and those not compatible with XP, download from the device manufacturer's site -- e.g. Realtek, Intel, Synaptics, Atheros etc etc
