    Hello,

I bought one of these the other day. Great machine but I've found that there is constant CPU load on the order of 45-65% when it's just sitting there. I installed Process Explorer from SysInternals and discovered that tasks named Interrupts and DPCs are responsible. My initial research indicates that activity from these is driver related. I've installed the latest BIOS updates and drivers from Toshiba but this situation hasn't changed.

If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do to fix this, I would be eternally grateful. Thanks!
