The X205 can be overclocked through the nVidia Control panel by downloading a program called nTune.

As for the actual overclocking, it is a very delacate process that takes time and patience. The best way is to go up by 20mhz intervals and take the stability test included in the Ntune program untill you find a stable speed that also allows for decent cooling. Remember not to let the GPU exceed 80'c at idle or you could cause damage.

Drivers can be attained at LAPTOPVIDEO2Go and you will have to start with the latest ones and go down the list seeing which ones give you the best performance.

    I hope this helps :D

I would say its not necessary,

I would though, take 3dmark after I have reached the highest(stable) overclock because you will always have the better performance on 3dmark with the higher the overclock.

Well I cant give you exact clock rates,

You are going to have to find the best for your particular system. As far as your drivers the 169.xx is a good place to start.

Just do it like I told you and it will work out great.

And make sure you use drivercleaner or a simmilar program.

Driver cleaner is a program that deletes COMPLETELY all the old display driver files that might have gotten away from the uninstall.

And believe me it happens...A lot

go to power options (rclick on battery/ac indicator in tray to do this quick)

choose "high performance" and it should say 625/700 on this laptop.
