I've somehow managed to get some scratches on our new A305-6825, which has a glossy finish :( . Could anyone suggest a way for us to remove them without damaging the finish?

    Thanks for any help.

There isn't much that you can do other than buy some laptop lid protectors to prevent any future scratches.

Did some digging for older threads... check it out. You can also ask about lid protection at your local electronics store; geeks and nerds are very protective of their electronics.
