    Screen Problem with p35-s609

    My stepdad has this toshiba laptop. The display shows a few thick lines running accross it. I don't know if it is the screen itself or the video cable for the screen going bad. I hooked it up to another monitor and it works perfect so I know it's not the video card going bad. Before I take it apart I want some opinions about what it could be. Here's some pictures

    I found the problem, it was the screen. Thanks a lot though for your input

    Actually I have a question though, you know when you bend the laptop screen back and it tends to move back about an inch when you don't want it to. How do you tighten that?
