    I got problem w/ my toshiba notebook. It rarely shutdown completely... the screen turns blanks with a dim backlight not turn off completely... Is anyone got the same problem? Or anyone has the solution Please?

    Check wether there are any unfinished task/processes before you shutdown. Windows might not have shutdown cleanly.

    Yes - I have experienced this problem with my Toshiba Laptop.
    I have a A100-200.
    In the end, i had to hold down the power button until it turned off.
    The only thing that worked well for me, is keeping the Laptop heathly.

    -Disk Clean Up.
    -Defrag.
    -Virus & Spyware

    Do all of these - They should solve it! Mine works great!
