Can Toshiba L300-1A6 (Vista) run The Sims 2 (and expansion packs like Seasons and Pets) and is it possible to play The Sims 3? I know that there would not be so many space for all that games, but if it's possible to play The Sims 3, I woudn't install other games.

I hate to be a downer, but lots of people at the official TS3 forums are reporting severe problems running TS3 (really -- the damn place is flooded with complaints, pleas and curses to EA, etc.), and what a lot of them seem to have in common are integrated graphics. A decent processor also helps.

I'd head over to the TS3 forums and do a search for your graphics card model, see what problems others are reporting, before committing to a laptop solely for playing TS3.
