An exercise mainly comparing it with the MBP
Weak points
The screen has extremely small fuzzy blue red dots throughout the screen (typical of touch screen) not noticeable when watching videos but a bit noticeable when reading.
the metal buzzes when on contact when charging, keyboard is okay, has a nice glossy feel but doesn’t seem to be as good as MacBook.
trackpad is absolutely terrible. as a result, have to rely almost exclusively on the touchscreen, but that is cumbersome compared to using the trackpad because you have to move around your arm more. the two finger scroll up and down movement is a pain. trackpad doesn't have the super convenient 'go back' or 'go forward' gesture that MBPs have.
speaker doesn’t sound good
a bit heavy (more than 5 pounds)
low battery
color seems a little dull? unlike the iPhone. (does anyone know what the color gamut on this is?)
It keeps saying “vibration has been detected”
the screen doesn’t go back far enough
Strong pointswatching 4k clips on YouTube is cool
reading text is sharp
Conclusionnot good for portable use
Should be used like a desktop with a sharp screen, along with an external monitor.
When reading long text on forums, websites -- use the laptop screen.
When watching 720p HD movies -- use the external screen.
the color does seem a little dull compared to the iPhone. If that is the case, then perhaps I should just refund this, buy a desktop, and use the iPhone for portable use.
It seems to me there is no reason to get a laptop because they are not ergonomic. Even if they are portable, they are unusable because they are not ergonomic friendly.
So I got P55T today. Weak Points and Strong Points
