You're gonna hate this. Seriously, this is as PATHETIC as it gets.

Not only are they using a crappy GPU by comparison to the competition at the same price, but it's HIGHLY overpriced for what you get AND it throttles like a madman. Oh how bout the lack of a maintenance cover?
I won't be buying a Toshiba this next round it seems. This X775 has held its own against whatever games were thrown at it, and every new machine after it seems to be nothing more than a downgrade in some respect. Yeah it runs hot, but my machine never breaks 93*C and NEVER throttles in any regard.
Point being, I'm a Toshiba fanboy; I recommend them even to Toshiba haters. But I digress, skip this machine too. It would seem that it's impossible to deny Clevo or Asus for real gaming machines at this point. :<

Thanks for the link. Yes, this Qosmio appears completely outclassed next to the Acer Aspire V Nitro and another they didn't mention, the Lenovo IdeaPad Y70 which we reviewed here.
TN screen on a multimedia notebook, and a supposedly high-end one at that ...c'mon. And the 14" Lenovo IdeaPad Y40 has a better GPU (Radeon R9 M275X).
This is even more of a shame considering Qosmio's used to be the king of multimedia notebooks.
So... For any Qosmio lovers...
