    Hi,
I have a Tecra M2 which is about 4 years old...if I remember correctly. It came with some software package which included an online software update (checker) tool. When I run this it never finds software updates. When I go to the Toshiba website I find updates. Any ideas what's wrong with it?
(Yes. I am running a firewall software.)

Maybe Toshiba has stopped supporting it.

Since it is 4 years old I bet Toshiba doesn't support it anymore. Just download the updates from the Toshiba website.

I've had that software updater on my M-55 which is almost 2 years old and it has never found any updates either.
