    Hello all,
I'm thinking about buying the Portege Z30-AST3NX1and I hope someone here with the same or similar model can answer a couple of questions. (the first one is the most important for me)
    1. I read very negative reviews about its speakers, especially the max volume which is reported to be quite low. Is it that bad ? Lets say, if I put it on my lap or on the coffee table, can I see a movie and here and understand the dialog ?
    2. When you insert an sd card doe's it stick out or can you leave it there comfortably and use it to expand the storage ?
    3. Speaking about storage from your experience on a windows 8 system after installing office and other everyday software, how much space is left ?

    Thanks

    gshani...

    1) Speakers are decent. No great but not a problem either.
    2) Sorry, haven't tried SD card yet.
    3) Mine has Win 7 Pro, and I DO have a problem with storage. I bought the 128GB version and regret it now because I only have around 10GB left! The operating system takes up a major percentage of the disk. I thought 128GB would be fine because i ws coming from an XP machine. BIG MISTAKE. At some point I'm sure i'll be looking to upgrade the SSD.
