    Just some quick Q's before I drop the cash for an R500.

    1. Are these things good for heavy PRODUCTIVITY use? Mainly researching online, reading things, and lots and lots of typing?

    2. What's the battery life like?

    3. Any similar notebooks dimension-wise that are cheaper and include an optical drive built in? I don't care so much about the weight as I do the dimensions/thickness. I keep my notebook in my bag with 2-3 books, and with the power brick it starts to bulge.

    4. How quiet is this thing? I do most of my studying at the school's library.

    5. Can I swap the standard HD with a 1.8" SSD?
