    Hi guys -

here's my problem: One day I booted my Toshiba Satellite 5105-S701 to find video glitchiness on the LCD - the text is readable, but it kind of jumps a bit and there are several very very thin horizontal lines on the screen twitching - I figured it was a bad LCD. Ordered a brand new laptop screen tailored for my Toshiba, popped it in and it gives me the SAME video glitchiness. So THEN I figured it was a bad video cable. Ordered a new cable, installed it, and it's STILL giving me this weird video glitch!

I have already plugged in the laptop to an external monitor and it looks fine, so I figure that rules out the video card being bad. I have also plugged the laptop screen only to the inverter and it lights up fine.

Can anyone help? I am totally confused. Thanks!
