I have a 4 year old Toshiba satellite L300D PSLC8C-01N019 which i had bought from Canada back in 2008. Since past 4-6 months it was giving me very bad battery life and today the battery died (i think) as the computer just shut down while in operation and on AC Power.
The battery light on the laptop now stays orange always and also the battery icon has a cross over it and says "Consider replacing your battery".
Now i am looking at replacement at a reasonable price. I checked amazon and there are lots of options there.

Please suggest me which is a good replacement from amazon.com only. I shall be buying from amazon as i have GC balance.
Or is it that all the aftermarket batteries are sort of generic and it won't really matter which i buy ??
