Hello all, i have recently purchased a new Toshiba A505-s6965. I made this switch from a mac, and I am just wondering about basics in navigation and such around a Toshiba.
    Any help would greatly appreciated.

PS, if anyone has suggestions for games or software, ill take those too :D

Hello there and welcome here :)

Make sure to uninstall all the unnecessary software (except the drivers).
The basics of working around with a Toshiba is the same as in every Windows installation.

I suggest you get an anti-malware software, like Avira Personal edition that works free of charge.
Make sure you do not install everything you get your hands on, you can easily wreck your Windows installations, on the top of the list are outdated (Windows 2000 and before) that mess with the system's innards.

As for game, you can find a ton of freeware games for PC, you can search for that in the faming forum :D
