    Hello,

I am wondering if any Toshiba owners, especially of the P75-A7200, have experienced blue screen crashes (BSOD) in the Synaptics touch pad driver SynTP.sys.

This happens intermittently, about 30% to 50% of the time, when the computer returns from sleep and hibernation mode.

The screen says if you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error: driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (SynTP.sys)

This happens even on a unit that has been completely reset using Toshiba's recovery.

I have tried reinstalling the driver, installing a previous version of the driver (both downloaded from Toshiba's site), and a newer version of the driver downloaded from Synaptics site.

I've found one thread about this on the Toshiba forum. But so far no solution.

Anyone have any insight into this? I'd really appreciate it.

Here's a screen shot of the crash.
