    Project: TOSHIBA mM45-S331 REINSTALLATION PROBLEMS
Toshiba M45-S331 Originally the "pxe-e61 media test failure check cables "error msg would appear. It was suggested to disable the lan card in the bios and put it at the end of the boot order all of which I did. Then I saved the bios changes and onto a reboot but the system doesn't boot up completely but instead flashes a cursor in the upper lefthand corner. Hard drive is new and has been tested. Bios has been flashed. I used a brand new recovery disk from Toshiba. I'm presently dissasembling the laptop to disable the nic and investigate anything unusual. Thanks for any suggestions to fix my problem.
