This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Is the Tecra A7 BIOS manufactured by Toshiba or Phoenix? I'm trying to determine the Linux compatibility of an A7 I have on order, and the Toshiba BIOS has historically better support in Linux. Please someone report from actual hands on with the laptop.. I'm not sure if location is important but this is a US Tecra A7..
