    Hello,
    EasyGuard Advanced Instant Security
    I have followed the instructions at Toshiba Support's "Ask Iris", but the alarm will not sound.
    I know the motion sensors work because if I shake the laptop enough, the hard drive protection popup will display.

    I even confirmed that the wav file listed in the registry does exist.
    Does anyone have any ideas what I can check next?
    I have already reinstalled all of the toshiba utilities hoping that might fix it.
