    Hello,

    I did not found in this forum a thread about the R850-146. It is a 15,6" netbook with a 1600x900 screen display.
    I've read several negative opinions about Toshiba screens, as well as for keyboards.
    Does anyone can help me about this netbook ?

    And do you know other 15,6" netbooks with a 1600x900 screen display (less than 3 cm of thickness) ?

    The screen for the Tecras should be very thin (as they follow the same body as the porteges). Goto your local Big Box electronics store and check out the Portege (Tecra are just 14" and 15" business versions of the 13" Portege).

    I have heard that the Tecras come with a matte screen.


    I hope a r840 or r850 owner can chime in here.
