Hi :). new to the forums here so excuse me if I've missed a thread covering this already!

the fan noise and behaviour in my s2 is really irritating me.... decided to ask here as i'm out of ideas and can't find info elsewhere.

    In battery mode
In battery mode the fan starts, goes to high speed, stops for a short period, starts, goes to high speed, stops for a short while, starts etc. etc This cycle is repeated over and over again. Very anoying.

Why not as with the S1 series where the fan seems to be running constantly but than at low speed so you wont hear it.

    On full power mode
The fan is as in battery mode going regular to high and goes back down again to lower speed also with regular periods. Why not leave the fan running at average speed?
And as written above when the battery get's charged the fans keeps running at high noisy speed!!!!!!

basically mapping the fan activity would produce a sawtooth wave form, the fan ramping up over about 10-15 sec then stopping for about 10-15 sec.
