My best friend just bought one and on default settings for 3dmark06 straight out of the box he got a 9918, then he overclocked a little and got a 1021. That is all i know at this time but I'll report back more as i get more information.

Well for one, notebookcheck is NOT reliable at all for comparisons or information. And to answer your question, nearly every system will struggle with GTA IV, you need a powerful quad core cpu to run it in conjunction with a high end graphics cards (possibly a desktop card for optimal performance). The toshiba is a very good laptop though and will yield great results in most other games.

Yeah GTA IV is very very cpu intensive the graphics cards are not the bottleneck in this system, hell i have the same cpu but only one 9800m gts and the cpu is the bottlenack in my system.
