Many of us are certain this is the 1.10 BIOS:
    http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/support/downloads/sby5v110.exe
We say this because the x775 BIOS is named "sby5v BIOSNAME.exe
    Replace BIOSNAME with the number of the BIOS, example 1.20 = 120; 1.10 = 110 ; 2.10 = 210

Check this model content page, and click on BIOS to see the many available files: Model Content Page

I'm not sure of the exact method used to downgrade the BIOS, but I was under the impression Holiday and Roberts used the CD-Drive method:
There's a mention of a BIOS utility that may come with the BIOS install file: http://forum.notebookreview.com/toshiba/590773-qosmio-x775-models-5.html#post8218115
Here's some additional info I found: CD-ROM BIOS installations do not start automatically

Remember, you're doing this at your own risk. We take no responsibility if it does not go well.
IMO, I would not downgrade the BIOS due to the unknowns, and you probably not having a warranty.

    Video BIOS Version: 70.26.36.00.0A
    Video Chipset Revision: A1
    Driver Version: 9.18.13.1421
    DeviceInstanceId PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&SUBSYS_FC051179&REV_A1\4&1575D52&0&0008
    Hardware ID: PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1251&SUBSYS_FC051179&REV_A1

Do you recommend doing that step ?
    What do you suggest ?

    i have some ideas :

    1. vBios flash.
    2. go to the Toshiba supp. & tell them to replace the Bios chip from the motherboard ( might work with them or not ).
    3. tell them to change the whole motherboard.
    4. just forget about overall overclocking & just i stfu!
