Hello, new member here.
I just yesterday purchased a new Toshiba laptop, model number in thread title. It came pre-installed with Windows 7, which I don't particularly like, and I was wondering if it's possible to install Windows XP on it. I read on one of their forums that this was not supported, and when I went to look for drivers for this particular model for Win XP there were not many, and I don't think I saw a wireless driver.
My question is, is there a way to install windows XP on this machine and have it work? I really do not like Windows 7. Thank you.

I don't think so. Like most manufacturers, Toshiba doesn't offer XP drivers anymore and that would make your new computer pretty much unusable.
You could try to mod your Win 7 to make it look like Win XP. I am sure you can find lots of info on Google. For example: How to Make Windows 7 Look More like Windows XP - Associated Content from Yahoo! - associatedcontent.com
