How do I change my background pic to something I want? I noticed that there isn't a personalize button so I can change the theme or background. I can find the screen saver though but that's it.

    I have a Toshiba netbook model: NB505-N500BL D3

Your netbook came with Windows 7 Starter edition, which doesn't allow theme/wallpaper changes. There might be ways to get around that though; check Google.
