I have a ton of start up items on a new laptop and I want to see which can be safely disabled to improve speed and also not lose functionality of something I may need to run on startup.. here is what i have.

    ITSecMng.exe
    NDSTray.exe
    cffnEnabler.exe
    PCMAgent.exe
    CLMSvc.exe
    GrooveMonitor.exe
    igfxtray.exe
    hkcmd.exe
    RAVCpl64.exe
    Skytel.exe
    usbnotify.exe
    SynTPEnh.exe
    TPwrEnh.exe
    HSON.exe
    SmoothView.exe
    TCrdMain.exe
    MSASCui.exe -hide

EDIT: I realize this should probably go in the software forum but most of these are Toshiba specific processes so I thougth I might get better feed back in here. Any moderator feel free to move if needed. Thank you!
