Hello, I am a new owner of a Toshiba R400.

I have read a review stating that toshiba R400 runs "exceptionally cool and quiet".

However, my unit's fan NEVER STOPS, and runs considerably loud, with a low high pitch whine. Also the fan blows fairly warm (little hot even) air. All this in idle mode, with 0% CPU activity.

Please, owners of the same notebook, does the fan on your unit ever stop like on other notebooks ? Do you consider it quiet ? Thanks !!!!
