    Hi
I just bought a Toshiba 3110 CT unfourtounly without cd drive or diskettstation.
Windows XP doesnt start, there appears only the screen asking starting safe, last working position etc, then the machine starts over and over and nothing happens.
How can i install XP? I tried with my usb cd rom reader but the computer doesnt find it. There is no way to do nothing.
Should i open the machine and take out the HD and format with onother computer or is there a better way to make it work??

have you tried pressing f8 and going into safe mode, then run msconfig and disable all startup programs, then re-boot and see if it will boot into windows.
