    Toshiba 5205-S703 Will Not Power Up

    I never had this problem before now all of a sudden the laptop will not power up. There is no response from the power button with AC connected (shows as being connected with green light) or with battery removed. I tried removing AC power and battery and hard drive still no help. I have checked the memory still no help. I have pressed the power button for 5 seconds and still nothing. The front lcd shows ac connected and battery symbol. There is also some round symbol on the lcd which Im not sure what that stands for.

    I know that this is an older notebook but was hoping that someone might be familiar with it.
