I am new to this forum, but I have a problem with the sound on my A100.
I have just reinstalled XP Sp2, as I had gotten to that bogged down, nothing worked well kinda stage. Now my sound card constantly gives me feedback from my internal mike. I know I can mute the mike and all of that kinda stuff, but that is not convenient when I want to use Skype etc. I did not have this problem in the previous install of the same OS, but with this one something has changed, and I have tried all of the settings in the realtek setup I can find, I have Googled myself to a standstill, and I still have the issue. Back in the old days a sound card that could output the sound from the mic straight out through the speakers was called a duplex capable unit. can this be turned off? Can any one help?
    Cheers
