    Toshiba A300-17N video card problem

    Hello my girlfriend has a Toshiba A300-17N notebook, and she has a problem with her video card or I think it is from the video card. So the problems is that when she tries to play games, the game starts in full screen but the picture is with black bands on all the sides, and the game is a square in the middle . How can I fix it ???

    PS:The video card GMA X3100
