I just purchased this 3D computer and am pretty dang excited to find a 3D computer for the price I paid considering all the other 3D computers are way more expensive and Toshiba is a good name in computers. I don't see any posts about it and only a few reviews on youtube and most were for the old model with the emitter not internal. Does anyone know when this laptop with the internal 3d emitter came out? It's arriving on Tuesday if all goes well. I have an Alienware M17x which I use at home. This Toshiba is going to be my travel with me laptop. Does anyone know where I can find more user reviews?

Obviously not, thank goodness I can get information from the Alienware forum for my Alienware computer.

    How is the Satellite?

I'm intrigued by it, and the price seems damn good for a 3D screen.

Sorry, just saw this. Been so busy. I love my satellite 3dv. The 3d is excellent. It plays all of my games perfectly, better than my alienware M17x, and the 3D is very cool. I use it more than I use my alienware. It also stays cool. It blows a lot of hot air out the side, fan works great.

That's good to hear. I think the only downside is the 720p screen; but I've read that in 3D 720p is better than 1080p 3D? [I don't know if true, maybe it's a framrate issue].

I would like to apologize for the lack of replies in this subforum. But you have to remember, the Toshiba subforum gets about 1/10th the audience as the Alienware/ASUS/Dell subforums. And when it comes to the latest and greatest Toshiba, many don't reply because no ones owns it yet.

Good luck and keep us posted.
