This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I just bought the Toshiba C75-B7200 from Best Buy after being in love with an Asus K53TA for several years now. I could go on and on complaining from Windows 8.1 to the fact they clammed the machine up tight as a nun on Christmas Eve, but what I learned from having my Asus is that it's not the complaining that makes a great machine, it's the doing that gets you a great machine. So today I spent hours taking it apart...

    If you bought a C75-B7200 for $379 join me in making it a better machine for everyone. I'm gonna make this the best machine or break it trying....
