    Toshiba CD

    How do I run the "repair" option from the Toshiba cd that I was given? On boot up all I can do is delete the partition or re install the partition? I know from an XP cd it can be run but dont know how on this cd...

    Also I was able to get my hands on an XP cd, when I run the Repair option it first ask me which partition, after I choose it, it then ask for an admin password? What the heck? I dont recall any pw......

    When it asks for the password, try just hitting enter.

    Sorry I couldn't help. I don't think you can do a repair with the recovery disk. Hope someone else can help you.
