Hi ... I bought a laptop from Future Shop >> Toshiba Canada and I don't see any support for it . Can't get drivers , nothing . I have the Toshiba Satellite M70-CL1 >>> #PSM73C-CL-100E .

I did look for the drivers by using the dropdown boxes, and your model above isn't listed. However, you can find the drivers by typing your product number into the search field "PSM73C-CL100E" [without the 2nd dash]. It will take you to a page with your model and drivers.

Be sure to select the correct drivers that match your current operating system: Windows XP or Vista.

Thanks so much ! Your right by placing product number into the search field PSM73C-CL100E it does show support but not by the dropdown boxes which what i used to do . I thought for a second there because the unit is old they stop supporting it . Now I have to give that a go , thanks

Just when I thought things were looking good the display driver isn't the correct one which they have listed . But I believe I know were I might find the correct one . I have a backup of that somewhere .

I agree that Toshiba Canada support sucks. On June 21, 2012 I bought a Toshiba P850 from Futureshop and I updated the drivers on July 1, 2012 from the toshiba.ca website and all of the soft switches disappeared and no longer function as per the manual. I believe the support call, went to Manila Phillipines and was diagnosed incorrectly. As instructed by the support centre, I took the PC to the repair centre and originally they said the part would arrive by July 7, 2012, a new wifi switch. It is now July 27, 2012 and they are still waiting for the part. I think the problem is with the drivers not the hardware.
My 3 phone calls to the repair centre have not been returned. They can't give me a status update other than "waiting for part". Toshiba Canada customer service Vice-president has not responded to my request for assistance.
