Hi can someone please what buttons I need to press to access the menu on this laptoop so I can restore to factory settings meaning OS and everything back to original state.

If this laptop doesn't have the menus how would I go around doing this?

    You have to first:

Place the Recovery CD/DVD in your DVD Drive and shut your computer off

Power on your computer and press the F12 button when the initial BIOS screen is displayed (the "Toshiba: Leading Innovation" slogan logo in most Toshiba laptops or something similar)

Select to boot from your DVD drive, which will launche the recovery wizard which will bring the laptop to it's original factory state, meaning all your data will also be erased

    Hope this helps
