My brother has a Toshiba F10 notebook, he formatted the hard drive, then used the recovery cd to reinstall windows xp home, everytime the system reboots after it completed the system restore, it shows a BSOD. He formatted the hard drive, then installed a different version of windows xp, everything went well, but everytime he installs the gfx card, sound card driver ( from the driver cd taht came with toshiba, and tried newer ones from toshiba website), after he reboot the system, both cards appear as unknown devices. When he installed the drivers for both cards, the installation went alright, and asked him to restart the system, but after doing so, both drivers are still not installed... he's chatting with me on gtalk, so the system is not infront of me. Any help would be appreciated.
