I have a Toshiba L25 and about 2 weeks ago the screen seem to lose most of its contrast so that I had to tilt the screen at a large angle to view it. I noticed if I moved the screen by opening and closing it , for a fraction of a second it was bright again and then about a week ago it returned to its normal as new state which has lasted about a week and now I'm back to viewing at an extreme angle again. The screen is not black but the image on it seems to be very light. Could this be a wiring connector problem and could this be checked by myself? Thanks for your help, Charlie

Update: The only way to view an image on the screen is by grabbing the top right corner of the screen and also the bottom left hand corner and giving it a slight twist and holding that position, the screen is normal and the mouse cursor moves normally. With out doing this you get a light image, the mouse does cusor does not move and the screen is doble or triple imaged. Can anyone give an idea what this problem is and also I tried removing the screen cap but could not get it to come loose at the corners only loose in the middle. Any help appreciated

2nd update: Got the screen cap off, checked all connections by unpluging and plugging back in just in case it might have been a loose conection on the back of the screen and also at the inverter board. No change, I can only view the screen when I give it a twist and hold it there. Could this be a problem with the Screen or the Inverter board or are their other connections to check? Thanks for any help
