I have a toshiba satellite laptop. I'm sorry but I don't know exactly what its model number is. Though it was a little bit slow computer, I could work well with that, until the last time it restarted automatically.
I was chatting through Gtalk and all other windows were closed. Suddenly, a blue screen with lots of text was shown for less than a second and then the computer restarted. It was fine after the reboot. Unfortunately, somewhere between 10-20 minutes later, my laptop restarted again but this time nothing came up in the screen, not even the TOSHIBA logo. Plus, no indicator light was on such as HDD light, CD rom light, etc except the power light.
After that, I replaced the RAM slot, removed battery and power line for quite a long time, and then attached everything and turned the laptop on. Again, there was nothing happening in the laptop except the power light being turned on. I tried to turn it on all the way; with battery, without battery (Direct AC), etc. But each time, I just failed.
It seems like HDD isn't working, though the laptop becomes hot a few moments later, as usual, but no light in the HDD indicator. No reaction in the CD-ROM light, as well as all other lights that used to turn on while opening the windows.
The picture below may give you a clear idea about the situation I'm trying to describe about, but feeling incomplete due to my lack of knowledge in English language.

Any idea about what can I do in this situation? I'm desperately in need of this laptop and right now I can't afford to buy one, but I'm just lame without it as I work on several websites and news agencies of my country (Bangladesh). I'm completely sure that there were no virus or malicious program in my laptop. Yet it's like "gone with the wind".![]()
Your suggestion will be highly appreciated.
If any further clarification is necessary, just ask me about that.
