I have been looking at the Toshiba Satellite M30-UU9. But I have a problem.. each web store I go to.. (futureshop, bestbuy, toshiba canada, toshiba america.. etc) has listed a different video card, for the same model..
I'm trying to figure out, what this model has for sure in it. In the m30 series, there is only a q91 (60 gig harddrive) and a uu9 model (80 gig harddrive).. and other smaller things different between them, but I am getting conflicting ads about what kidn of video card it is.
Here are some links to the machine on webstores.. can someone take a look and tell me if im just stupid or if the ads are wrong.. or anything? or if u have a toshiba m30-uu9, do u know exactly waht kind of video card it has? (i keep finding places that say it has a 32mb 5200 card, or a 32 mb 5100 card.. or a 5600FX 64MB card.. or a 6500 FX 32mb card.. lol..)

Another thing is, when I go to the futureshop store, and look at the specs tag infront of the machine.. it says 64MB card, but on the site it says 32MB.. I am so confused. If its actualy a 32MB card, I don't want it. I guess I should have just checked the actual machine when I was there.
Another thing is.. I'm an average gamer.. counter strike.. callof duty.. etc.. I don't doalotof heavy gaming, but I do play those games alot..and would like to play some more games that are coming out, to a relitive average quality (i dont expect it all to look perfect, but id still like to give halflife 2 a run when it comes out).
I do alot of photoshop material, flash, dreamweaver, coldfusion, sql server and other types of applications like that, all on my machine.
At the moment I have a 1 year and a half old IBM R-31.. and it can just barely do all of this.. so I want something that wont give me any problems when I buy a machien and start doing work, and play on it. I can play CS and callof duty fine on this IBM machine, wtih its 32 MB intel graphics controller.. (Except for callof duty, which i cant get past a certain level because thereis just to much to render, so my ibm just pretty much sits there and doesn nothing)
I wanted to want for an R3000t to come to futureshop or something, but I can't wait forever, ebcuase I have to give this ibm back within 3 weeks, and i hgihly doubt futureshop or any store like that in ontario, canada, will get the r3000t, or a good HP replacement by the time i have to give this back and buy my own. I can't order online because my credit card doesnt go that hgih.. so my only really way of buying it is thru a store.
I'm probably just worrying to much about what kind of machine to get. I want something that will last me a few years while I search for a good job and make some money. I realize there will always be something better out there (i almost bought a toshiba p20), and whatever problems i work out in ym head, new ones just keep popping up, and like I said, there will always be something out there that is better.. but I need to settle with something, and this toshiba m30 uu9 was what i was looking at right now.
So any hlep would be appreciated!
I was also looking at a Compaq Presario R3060CA, but its video card is only a 9200 and does not fully support direct x 9 apparently, according to the good quikster, and the ati site. I noticed that nvidia cards to support direct x9, but as my friend said to me, that would just mean they dont crash as much in direct x 9 games, it doesnt mean they actualy do all the things direct x 9 offers..
here is that compaq..
