    Hi,
I want to bid for some memory on ebay for my Toshiba M30. It is Infineon DDR 333 512 Mb, part number HYS64D64020GBDL-6-B. I know it is the right type for my laptop, but does anyone know if there would be any other compatibility issues with it?

    Thanks

Shouldn't be. Just compare with www.crucial.com to make sure you get a good price and the specs match up.
